I have contacted support about this but can't seem to get a good answer. Right now, if I am using cloudshow for a digital sign, and the sign loses its internet connection, it goes into a hard fail - aka, white screen error message. This happens even if I am using local resources.

This is just completely insane for a commercial product. Does anyone know a work around to set the fail message to go to a file, or show a local media file or anything?

Apologies for the delay on this, our developers are still working on a fix for it. We will keep you posted as soon as it's sorted out.

Thanks!

Keith -

I appreciate the feedback, but I need to know a timeline as to when you think this can be resolved? This video wall is going up in two weeks with a new store opening, so I either need this resolved or will need to find another product.

Provided this works well, this will end up going in over 30 branches of the stores, but it has to be fully reliable.

Thanks,
Ben

No worries, completely understand! Let me check in with the devs to see how far along they are and I'll keep you posted.

Looks like we are close to a fix for this. If testing goes well, we should have an update for this on Friday.
