Dashboard show This device isn't registered for push updates.
Client Software alway show updating
I tried reinstall latest version client software , but still didn't solve the problem

If you open your CloudShow Dashboard, when does it say that device was last contacted?

I tried to delete all the devices and create a new device
it is worked , All content can be displayed
But after restarted, it continues to show ChoudShow updating

just one , because i only have one

The problem occurred in the last update, it became alway updating

I have tried reinstalled many times
Problem still cannot be solved
The main problem is
Reboot after each pairing
still always updating
can't display anything

right now
i just dont shut down my computer to solve it
Because the problem will reappear after starting

Strange, so just exiting CloudShow and restarting it works fine? It's only rebooting that causes this?

No, it's the same
I guess there is something wrong with the computer, so I changed to a new computer,
i3-8100 , 16GB RAM , GT710 HDMI*4+GT730 HDMI*4

lol, Killing me . problem still exists

i don't give up
I tried to restart the screen setup one by one to check the problem
Tried many more times and finally found something

No problem if only 3 screens are connected
Can start normally and display content automatically

Same problem occurs when connected to the4th screen
I found that the CPU works fine when the 1st 2nd 3rd screen is connected
Always updating after setup 4th screen
And the CPU didn't respond much, it stayed at 50% all the time, no operation

I have a total of 7 screens
My old computer has been using CloudShow for three years and it has been fine
The problem appeared after the v5.8.6 update

Your support has been fantastic

Can you give the newly released v6 client a try? You'll need to download and run the installer so it can install the new launcher. You can download the new installer from here:

The situation has improved, but the problem is still not solved

Today I made screen recorde installation steps
Hope this video can help you
Sorry I use the trial version software, the video is not clear
Add a screen each time
The time taken doubles to display the next screen
Finally stopped at the 6th screen
Don't show content again

Because the video is over the limit

we sell computers
The current computer is the second one
i can replace as many computers as i need

I don't think it's a google sheet problem, it seems to be working fine on my end. I took another look at that video. Just to confirm, the monitors do eventually load up, it just takes longer for each monitor you add in? Does it always fail to load after you add in the 6th screen?

yes right
The first time I found out was to stop at add in the 4th screen
After your update the client , stop in 6th screen
when it always shows updating , i cant do anything
I have to restart the computer and reinstall the client for paired

solved:laugh:

Finally, all screens show the content
And it works fine after restarting

But it takes a long time to loading each screen
Before v5.8.6, loading was significantly faster

And the update download speed is very slow
After installed v6.0.8, the update took more than 20 minutes

In the past, google sheets popped up all at the same time, and then slowly loaded
Now one by one , showed black screen & updating while waiting

Hope you can keep improving
