I have noticed in the last week or 2 that my settings are not persisting any longer. I run Blue Iris in 2 frames and the camera selections and timeout settings are back to default each time CloudShow restarts now. I also run Lovelace (HomeAssistant) in another frame and the login I no longer cached and I have to log back in each time a restart occurs. I don't know if something changed in Cloud Show or maybe an update to Microsoft Edge caused this?

Hi Chris,

If you try to access it from a different web browser, does the issue persist?

Thanks!

interestingly, cloud show just forgot the settings/login information again and I came here to check on this post. when I logged into my cloud.show account with Edge on the exact same computer it remembered the login credentials to the site. the issue seems to just be with the Cloud Show client application. Not sure if there is a setting somewhere that controls this behavior?

Hi Chris,

We we're able to reproduce the issue, and it looks like a bug on our end. I've added this to our list to fix up, so we'll be sure to let you know if we have any news on it in the future.

Thanks!

Did you fix this? For the first time in weeks I just rebooted the computer and both Blue Iris and Lovelace retained the credentials and automatically logged in. Thanks!

Hi Chris,

Glad to hear it's working! We just deployed an update that should have this fixed up. Just make sure to answer "Yes" to the prompt in HomeAssistant about saving your credentials.

Thanks!
