We implement a variety of security measures (like database encryption and SSL) to maintain the safety of your personal information when you enter, submit, or access your personal information.
We only collect information from you when you register for the site. If you choose to register, we collect your name and email address. If you choose to remain anonymous, no personally identifiable information is collected about you. We log and store IP addresses from actions performed on the website for audit logging. This includes things like creating a user account, posting in the discussions, or editing your user profile.
Information that we collect from you is used to customize the site for you. You can opt-out of receiving any emails from us, and we'll never share your information with anyone.
Our apps optionally track generalized analytics data like what version you are using, anonymized crash tracking, screen resolution, and when your device is registered for push updates. None of this information contains any user-identifiable details and is never shared.
We use IP address geolocation to get the approximate location of your devices for use on the device maps only. We never use GPS tracking or realtime device tracking of any kind.
We never store any of your Slack data on our servers, everything is served in realtime to your CloudShow client. If you would like to remove your Slack authorization token you can do this from the Slack website, or you can click the 'Deauthorize' button in the Slack app settings in your app. If you're unable to access either of these feel free to contact us and we can remove your Slack token from the CloudShow server on your behalf.
