Could you try:

  • Enable the setting
  • Restart the Fire TV
  • Launch the CloudShow app
  • Restart the Fire TV a second time, it should now auto-launch CloudShow

We are looking for some help with the Auto-Start feature on an Amazon FireTV stick 4k. We're very happy to announce the new Timer app and the ability to control a client's auto-start setting from the server. The timer app gives you a stopwatch that you can use to time things, just click anywhere in the content frame to reset the timer. The auto-start control lets you decide whether you want CloudShow to automatically launch on your device when the device turns on.
